UPC\AC Renewables Australia has been active in Central Western NSW since 2019. Our 400 MW Stubbo Solar Farm and Battery project received consent from the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment in June 2021 after extensive community consultation. We are also developing the Valley of the Winds Wind Farm near Coolah.
The first stage of UPC\AC Renewables Australia 400 MW New England Solar Farm and Battery Energy project, near Uralla in the New England Region of NSW, is now under construction. This will be the largest solar and battery hybrid project of its kind in the country. This project is being developed with our host landholders, in consultation with traditional owners and the Uralla community who are set to benefit for decades through our Community Benefit Sharing Initiative.
